Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All returns + exchanges must come in their original condition with all tags, receipts and packaging for inspection upon arrival.
As soon as the return has cleared inspection, you will be notified immediately and returned items will be exchanged for an online store credit code for returned item(s).
Sale or marked-down items cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless the item is faulty.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
